Plagiarism Policy statement
JFSR maintains a strict policy against plagiarism in any form. Plagiarism is defined as the use of another's work, ideas, or words without appropriate acknowledgment or permission, including:
- Verbatim copying of text without quotation marks and citation,
- Paraphrasing substantial portions of another work without credit,
- Using ideas, data, images, or tables from other sources without proper attribution,
- Self-plagiarism, including the reuse of one’s own previously published material without disclosure or permission.
All submitted manuscripts are subject to plagiarism screening using Turnitin software prior to peer review.
If plagiarism is detected at any stage—before or after publication—the following actions will be taken:
- The manuscript will be rejected or the published article retracted.
- The authors’ institution(s) may be notified.
- Authors may be barred from submitting future work to the journal.
By submitting a manuscript to JFSR, authors affirm that their work is original and properly cites all sources.
